Emilio Pagano
Chief Executive Officer
Emilio joined LEO as the CEO in 2022. His responsibilities include managing the team, the broader family office operations, and providing strategic advice across the multifaceted tiers of the organisation. He was previously CEO of multi-family office group Spitfire Family Office, and prior to that spent 20 years with ANZ Banking Group in a number of executive roles across Australia and Asia.

Felicia Ryan
Executive Director
Felicia is a versatile professional with extensive experience in leadership and organisational management across the non-profit, public, and private sectors. Her career spans various industries, including government, education, and corporate. With a background in law, Felicia brings family representation to the LEO group.

Executive Director, Investments
Horst is responsible for investments within the group. Prior to joining Lance East Office, he was an early-stage employee at VGW where he worked across anti-money laundering, risk management and audit. Horst serves on the boards of some of the family office's investments.

Alfa brings an entrepreneurial background and has been with the LEO Group since its inception. As Chief Operating Officer, Alfa oversees the daily operations and management of the group’s physical assets.
