Emilio oversees the group’s operations along with leading transactions and providing strategic advice. He was previously CEO of multi-family office group Spitfire Family Office and prior to that spent 20 years with ANZ Banking Group in a number of executive roles across Australia and Asia.

Chris is responsible for overseeing various investments in the group’s portfolio, as well as assessing new investment opportunities. He is a chartered accountant with 10 years’ experience across various corporate finance and accounting-related roles, including at Ernst & Young and Bunnings Group in the mergers and acquisitions team.

Michael is responsible for overseeing all external affairs and communications, including media relations and philanthropy. He previously spent more than a decade in journalism, including at The Australian and The Australian Financial Review, plus content and communications roles at Westpac Banking Corporation.

Carmen assists with day-to-day operational tasks across the business and management of a variety of assets. Carmen has diverse experience that includes management, procurement, facilities, project management and operations within various professional services firms and multinationals, including Deloitte and Chevron.

Lee is responsible for the financial management of the family office, including budgeting, accounting, financial planning and reporting. He also plays a key role in the strategic decision making and risk management of the group. He previously has spent more than a decade working at PwC specialising in family offices.

Horst is responsible for technology and gaming investments within the group. Prior to joining Lance East Office, he was an early-stage employee at VGW where he worked across anti-money laundering, risk management and audit. Horst also serves on the boards of some of the family office's investments.
